Haarup's control systems for concrete plants all consist of standard software regardless of the size of the concrete plant.
The software is thoroughly tried and tested before installation at the customer's plant. Simply put, the software is built around a process control function that executes orders, weighs, transports and mixes materials for charges which are then moved to the required distribution point.
The unique features in Haarup's control systems are the extremely accurate weighing algorithms and the self-adjusting batching units.
The mechanical components of the plant are controlled using a series of unambiguous symbols on the operator's monitor.
The software is pre-tested and all symbols are pre-defined.
This offers a number of unmatched advantages:
The software consists of modules so you will not get more than you need.
The following Windows-based software can be added to the control systems:
These programs can be run on a standard computer. In case of any problems with the computer, the production of concrete can continue as the control system itself can run independently from any added computer programs.
The components in the control cabinets are installed in Austria by one of Europe's most competent manufacturers of control systems, Baumgartner Automation. All components are thoroughly tested quality components from companies such as Schneider, Pilz, Siemens etc. Almost all control cabinets are built by Rittal.
Haarup has supplied control systems since the 1980s and the systems are continuously being developed. This gives you a control system optimized for the production of concrete and based on 30 years of experience.
